These terms govern your use of the guided-video-tour service operated by [BUSINESS NAME — set BUSINESS_NAME in .env] ("we", "us"). By viewing a preview link or purchasing a tour, you agree to these terms.
The service
We generate a short video walkthrough of a property from photos of that property. A free, watermarked preview is made first; the unwatermarked version is delivered after payment.
Ordering & payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Each preview link is single-use for purchase — once used, a separate permanent link is issued for the delivered video.
Delivery
The unwatermarked video is delivered via a permanent link emailed to the address associated with the order, usually within a short time of payment. If generation fails, contact us for a resolution.
Acceptable use
You may use a delivered video for marketing the property it depicts. You may not resell, sublicense, or represent the underlying generation technology as your own.
Intellectual property
Source photos remain the property of whoever supplied them. The delivered video is licensed to the purchaser for the uses described above.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
Governing law
