Each tour is generated specifically for the property in your order, so once the unwatermarked video has been delivered, the order is final and non-refundable — you can review the free watermarked preview before paying for exactly this reason.
If generation fails, the delivered video doesn't match the property in your order, or you were charged in error, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL — set SUPPORT_EMAIL in .env] and we'll make it right.
