What we collect
Property listing details and photos, a contact email where one is available, and — if you email us back — the content of that reply. If you purchase, payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see your card number.
How we use it
To generate the preview and final video, to send the preview link and, after purchase, the permanent delivery link, and to respond if you reply to us.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our behalf only: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and the video-generation provider used to produce the tour. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
We keep order and delivery records for as long as needed for accounting and support. You can ask us to delete contact information we hold about you at any time.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email via the link in its footer, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of data we hold about you.
